Plumbing Repair, From the Smallest Job to the Biggest
Simply Plumbing is a residential service plumber, and repairs are the heart of the work. We’ll come out to fix a running toilet or swap a faucet just as readily as we’ll take on a bigger job. No job is too small to call about.
You call, we get you scheduled, and a licensed plumber is the one who shows up. There’s no service fee just to come out, so you’re never paying for a trip before you know what’s wrong.
The Plumber You Call When Nobody Else Could Figure It Out
Troubleshooting is where Simply Plumbing really stands out. We’re often the plumber a homeowner calls after a few others have come and gone without solving the problem. With more than a decade in the trade, we take the time to listen to what you’ve noticed, track down the actual cause, and fix that, instead of replacing parts until something works.
Sometimes what looks like a plumbing problem turns out to be an appliance. Because Simply Plumbing doesn’t charge a service fee, you aren’t stuck paying a trip charge just to find that out.
Toilets, Faucets & Garbage Disposals
A lot of toilets and faucets can be rebuilt for less than replacing them, and we’ll tell you when that’s the case. Other times the fixture is worn out, parts are hard to find, or a new one simply makes more sense. You’ll get the options side by side and decide for yourself.
If a clogged drain turns out to be behind the problem, we can clear it on the same visit. These are the repairs and installs we handle:
- Running, leaking, or weak-flushing toilets repaired or rebuilt
- New toilet installation
- Dripping faucets repaired and old faucets replaced
- Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry faucet installation
- Garbage disposal repair and replacement
- Leaks under sinks and at supply lines
High or Low Water Pressure
Water pressure problems go both ways. Pressure that’s too high is hard on fixtures, water heaters, and supply lines. Pressure that’s too low makes every shower frustrating. Common causes include a failing pressure-reducing valve, a partly closed or worn-out valve, clogged aerators and cartridges, a hidden leak, or old pipe narrowed by buildup.
We test your pressure, find the cause, and fix it. If the problem is old piping throughout the house, we’ll explain whether repiping makes sense, and if it’s scale and minerals, a water softener or filtration system may be part of the answer.
Leaks, Shutoff Valves & Hose Bibs
A shutoff valve that won’t turn is a problem waiting to happen. We replace stuck and leaking shutoffs so you can actually turn your water off when you need to. We also repair leaking water lines and install frost-free hose bibs on the outside of the house.
If the repair turns out to involve your water heater, we handle that too. See our water heater installation page for more.
