Plumbing Done the Way It Should Be
Simply Plumbing was started in 2025 by owner Matt Allen after more than a decade working for larger plumbing companies. The idea was simple: take care of customers the way that’s fair and right, without the company policies and sales quotas that get in the way — rules like “you can’t touch that pipe, we have to send a specialist.”
So that’s what Simply Plumbing is. When you call, you talk to a real person. When someone shows up at your house, it’s a plumber — not a salesman who quotes a number and sends a plumber out later. And you never pay a fee just for us to drive to your house.
How a Job Works
You call or text, and we get you on the schedule. There’s no service fee to come out. We do a quick diagnosis, then give you a price — or a few options when there’s more than one good way to fix it. Nothing starts until you say yes. Then we do the work and stand behind it: a one-year warranty on big installs like water heaters, repipes and water filtration, and 90 days on repairs.

After fixing the leak (and taking out our Internet), they yellow tagged us saying there was a leak in our house and they couldn’t turn our gas back on until a plumber discovered where our leak was. This was a Thursday afternoon. Matt agreed to come out first thing Friday morning. Within an hour he found the issue and had us fixed, and Atmos turned our gas back on Friday afternoon.
